Affordability
Engineer Track will work for you.
When you hire a candidate through us, the service charge is 30% of the
candidate's projected 1st year income. Each consecutive placement is
2% less, to as low as 20% over the year. This service charge applies
for a one year period following the initial referral.

Acceptance Guarantee:
We will offer the position contingent on the candidate's acceptance of
your terms.

We guarantee to replace our candidate for a 3 month period when payment is
received with-in 15 days of the candidate's start date.

Contract to Direct:
Hire candidate's on a six month contract, after which you have the
opportunity to employ the candidate on your payroll with no further
service charge.

Employ candidates directly on your payroll and pay a convenient weekly
service charge.
